Despite some information that is out there, migrating from Joomla 3 to 4 is not just a simple upgrade. It requires following a bit of a lengthy process to ensure that everything in your Joomla 3 site is able to be upgraded.

BUT REMEMBER ... be sure to make a full backup of your site (including files and database) BEFORE you begin the process. If you don't do this you could break your site which could lead to time-consuming or costly work to get it working again.
